Q: What is Monday Morning Studio?
A: Monday Morning Studio is a boutique shop specializing in custom, personalized, and engraved watch bands. Every piece is designed with care, attention to detail, and made to reflect your unique style.

Q: Where are you located?
A: We’re based in the U.S. and ship our custom products nationwide. All orders are made and fulfilled with care right here in our studio in beautiful Frankenmuth, Michigan.


Ordering & Customization

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collection, choose your favorite watch band style, and use the personalization box to add your engraving details or special requests before adding to cart.

Q: Can I see a preview of my engraving before it’s made?
A: With the amount of orders that we receive daily, we cannot offer a PROOF to every client.  Rest assured we take great care in making sure your design is as close to the listing photo as possible, but with your personalized details if requested.  If you are ordering a LOGO design, we do send a Band Design Placement Proof to you prior to engraving!

Q: Can I use my own handwriting, logo, or artwork?
A: Absolutely. Please use the LOGO band to purchase, then send up your artwork (SVG Preferred, but not necessary) to mondaymstudio@gmail.com and we’ll engrave your custom design onto the band.


Shipping & Processing

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most personalized orders ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location, but typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Q: Do you offer rush or express shipping?
A: Yes, we do! You can select express shipping at checkout for faster delivery.  Please note upgraded shipping only speeds up IN TRANSIT TIME and NOT IN HOUSE production time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to anywhere the United States Postal Service ships! 


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because each piece is made to order and personalized, we generally cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an error with your engraving, please reach out — we’ll make it right.

Q: What if I made a mistake in my personalization details?
A: If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours. We’ll do our best to update your design before it’s engraved.


Product Care

Q: How do I care for my engraved watch band?
A: Avoid prolonged exposure to water, lotions, and perfumes. When cleaning, use mild dish detergent and warm water, a soft scrub brush will help get into engraving to remove any dirt, wipe dry with a soft lint free cloth.

Q: Are your bands compatible with all watch types?
A: Our bands are designed to fit most major watch brands, including Apple and Samsung Watches. Compatibility details are listed on each product page.
